Hi, I’m Michelle Pearce.

I’m a clinical psychologist with an extensive background in behavioral change, goal achievement, wellness, and leadership. I specialize in supporting organizations to realize the full potential of their most valuable asset — their employees.

I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Yale University and completed my postdoctoral work at Duke University Medical Center. I’m also a board-certified coach (NBHWC).

I also work as a professor in the Graduate School at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and I have developed and implemented wellness programming for faculty and students for many years, ranging from ‘Building Resilience’ to ‘Setting and Achieving Healthy Lifestyle Goals’ and ‘Calming Your Anxious Mind’. I’ve been coaching graduate students at the university through the Academic and Professional Development Coaching program since 2012.
